Iraq will gain military autonomy on October 1st. Political sovereignty will be theirs. However, they won’t have economic independence or monetary sovereignty unless they revalue the currency.We shall obtain financial sovereignty on September 30th, according to the Finance Minister’s statement from last Thursday. He is informing you that the currency will need to be revalued.
