The Islamic Dawa Party pushed, on Tuesday, the significance of finishing the change of the Individual Status Regulation by the Chamber of Agents.
The Dawa Party expressed in a proclamation , that “correcting the Individual Status Regulation solidifies the resident’s opportunity by giving him the option to sort out his own status as per what he accepts,” taking note of that “enacting this revision is predictable with the established and vote based settings essentially in the country.”
“Personal status is a major part of Islamic legal provisions for all sects without exception,” the statement continued.
As indicated by the proclamation, the Dawa Party approached the individuals and coalitions of the Board of Delegates to “complete this privilege, and step up to the plate and give sound explanations about it, away from counter-promulgation that loads the law with clarifications and arrangements that don’t have anything to do with it fully intent on blending the papers, confounding popular assessment, and causing what is happening that is counter to the endeavors to administer it.”
