Al-Fares General Company, which operates under Iraq’s Ministry of Industry and Minerals, has supplied the Maysan Water Directorate with a complete water filtration and purification complex capable of producing 50 cubic meters of clean water per hour.
The facility was manufactured at the company’s specialized production plants and is designed to help improve water treatment and supply services in the province.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, the project includes more than just the delivery of equipment. Al-Fares will also provide installation, commissioning, and warranty services to ensure the system operates efficiently after it is put into use.
The company said it is fully prepared to supply similar filtration and desalination systems to government institutions, local authorities, and private-sector organizations across Iraq.
Officials added that the company’s products are built to high technical standards and are designed to meet international quality requirements, supporting efforts to improve water infrastructure and provide reliable water treatment solutions throughout the country.
