An Iranian oil tanker carrying approximately 2 million barrels of crude oil has arrived at a Chinese port, according to satellite data and images tracking maritime traffic.
TankerTrackers, a website that monitors ships and oil tankers, reported that satellite images showed the vessel docking at the port to begin unloading its cargo. The shipment is part of the ongoing flow of crude oil between Iran and China.
The delivery comes as economic data shows that Iran’s oil export revenue exceeded $16 billion during the first six months of the current Iranian year, highlighting continued oil trade and energy deals with Asian markets.
