Today, Saturday, an individual from the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Board, Alaa Al-Haidari, blamed the Kurdistan Locale for hindering the endorsement of the oil and gas regulation.
Al-Haidari told , “The stubbornness of a gatherings inside the locale and inability to execute their commitments towards the central government prompted the hindrance of the regulation of the law, demonstrating that the law has been slowed down since past parliamentary meetings.”
He focused, “The law is important for the taxpayer supported initiative decided on in the Place of Agents. It is an obligation to enact, yet the determination of a few Kurdish gatherings kept it from being passed in the House.”
He communicated the Place of Agents’ status to “continue with finishing the strategies for enacting the law, yet assuming the Kurdish debate proceeds, the law will be moved to the following parliamentary meeting.”
He proceeded, “The national government didn’t agree with the Kurdish side in regards to passing the law because of the numerous distinctions between the district and the middle.”
