Parliamentary Finance calls for “confining the dinar in the hands of the state”

Agent Yasser Al-Husseini affirmed today, Wednesday, that the defer in sending the 2024 spending plan plans caused the disturbance of the taxpayer supported initiative in Iraq.

Al-Husseini told , “The ongoing year’s spending plan plans are extremely past due, and the Place of Agents needs to support them to empower the public authority to push ahead with executing administration and financial tasks.”

He added, “Disregarding the lawful timings in the general spending plan is unsatisfactory, and facilitating sending the timetables quickly for a decision on them is fundamental.”

The public authority is confronting analysis from different political groups and the significant boards of trustees in Parliament, because of the postpone in sending the 2024 spending plan plans, when the public authority assesses the monetary deficiency at around 80 trillion dinars ($60.6 billion), out of the complete spending plan worth around 228 trillion dinars.
