The dollar remained stable in Baghdad, while exchange rates in Erbil saw a slight increase.

The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar remained stable on Thursday morning in Baghdad markets, while a slight increase was recorded in Erbil.

According to local market reports, the dollar stayed unchanged at Baghdad’s main exchanges, Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya, trading at 153,600 dinars for every 100 dollars, the same level recorded during Wednesday’s session.

In Baghdad’s local exchange shops, selling prices also remained steady. The dollar was sold at 154,000 dinars per 100 dollars and bought at 153,000 dinars.

In Erbil, the exchange rate saw a small rise, with the selling price reaching 153,500 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price stood at 153,400 dinars.
