Non-oil revenues collected in Al-Sulaymaniyah, Halabja, and the Raparin and Garmiyan administrations of the Kurdistan Region exceeded 7 billion Iraqi dinars during the week ending October 2.
According to Shafafiat, the transparency platform operating under the office of Kurdistan Region Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, total revenues collected between September 26 and October 2 reached 7.18 billion Iraqi dinars (approximately $5.5 million).
The data showed that 86% of the payments were made in cash, while the remaining 14% were paid by check.
The figures reflect revenue generated from non-oil sources across the four administrations and form part of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s efforts to improve financial transparency and diversify income sources beyond oil revenues.
Shafafiat regularly publishes revenue and expenditure data to provide greater public visibility into government finances and strengthen accountability in the region.
