The US dollar exchange rate against the Iraqi dinar saw mixed movements on Monday morning, with a slight increase in بغداد markets and a noticeable decline in أربيل.
In Baghdad, the central Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges recorded a small rise, with the exchange rate reaching 153,300 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars, compared to yesterday’s rate of 153,250 dinars.
At local currency exchange shops in Baghdad, selling prices remained stable at 153,750 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price stood at 152,750 dinars.
In the Kurdistan Region, dollar prices dropped in Erbil’s currency markets. The selling price reached 152,850 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying price was recorded at 152,700 dinars.
