Oil prices continued to rise in early Wednesday trading, building on strong gains from the previous session.
Brent crude futures increased by 75 cents, or 0.8%, to reach $95.40 per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures climbed 44 cents, or 0.5%, to $90.66 per barrel.
The gains came after both benchmarks surged by more than $4 per barrel on Tuesday, reflecting continued strength in energy markets. Investors remain focused on factors affecting global oil supply and demand as prices maintain their upward momentum.
