The US dollar got cheaper in Baghdad on Saturday, while rates in Erbil stayed mostly the same as the week began.
In Baghdad, the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges saw the rate drop to 153,100 dinars per 100 dollars. That’s down from 153,900 dinars last Thursday.
In local exchange shops, the selling price was around 153,500 dinars, while the buying price held steady at 152,500 dinars per 100 dollars.
Over in Erbil, there wasn’t much change. The selling price was about 153,700 dinars, and the buying price stood at 153,600 dinars per 100 dollars.
In short, Baghdad saw a small dip in the dollar’s value, while Erbil stayed stable.
